Innovex Agency is seeking a highly experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Dubai.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other performance channels. You will work closely with creative, content, and account teams to drive measurable results for clients across multiple regions and industries.
We are looking for someone who understands regional market differences, can clearly identify whether they are stronger in service-based lead generation or e-commerce/product campaigns, and is confident managing budgets, performance targets, testing frameworks, and scaling strategies.
