Innovex Agency is seeking an experienced Head of Video Editors to lead and manage our in-house post-production team in Dubai.
This role is responsible for overseeing video editors, maintaining quality standards, managing workloads, reviewing edits, and ensuring all video deliverables align with creative direction, brand guidelines, and deadlines. You will work closely with the Creative Director, production team, and account managers to ensure smooth execution across all video projects.
This is a senior leadership role and requires strong technical expertise, people management skills, and prior experience in an agency or production environment.
